Products change their screens and policies, and a workflow written last month can drift out of date. If you followed one of our steps and it did not match what you saw, or a worksheet total uses the wrong definition, tell us.

How to report

Send your report to [email protected].

Include:

  1. The page URL and the step, row or sentence in question.
  2. What you expected and what actually happened, or what the correct information is.
  3. A source if you have one, such as the provider’s current help or policy page.
  4. A reply address, if you want to hear back.

If the issue is that a product screen looks different, a description is enough. Please do not send screenshots that show a seller’s name, phone number, address or your account details. If a screenshot helps, crop or blur those first.

Please never send

Seller personal information, property addresses tied to a person, account credentials or payment details. We do not need them to correct a playbook.

What happens next

An editor checks the report against the provider’s current public pages and, for a product step, against whatever has actually been demonstrated. Wrong advice is fixed; a product reference that has changed is updated with the new check date. Changes that could alter what a reader does, such as a credit deadline, a required field or a worksheet definition, are logged below with the date.
